GEN ED Purchase Request
Faculty members and Deans can request materials by filling out the Library Recommendation Form available at the Library. The Librarian will submit the form with requisition slips to the Accounting Department for processing and purchasing.
Library Clearance
- Present clearance at the counter
- Verification of properly filled form
- Check against accountability list
- Sign logbook upon completion
Learning Resource Materials Portal (LRM)
Students and faculty can request learning materials such as ebooks, e-journals, and articles through the Student Portal.
